The goal of the Westerner Volleyball program is to help young women achieve their academic, athletic and personal potential during their tenures at Lubbock High School. There are significant challenges in being a student-athlete at Lubbock High, and our program is meant to help mold these young ladies into future leaders. Learning how to respond to these challenges helps develop the character and independence of the student-athlete.

Dr. Jane Rowley grew up in Lubbock, Texas, and graduated from Monterrey High School in 1982. She attended Creighton University and graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in 1985. She then continued her medical education at Creighton University School of Medicine and graduated in 1989. Dr. Rowley completed a general surgery residency at Creighton University Medical Center and then did a full plastic surgery residency at the prestigious New York Institute for Reconstructive Plastic Surgery.
She has been in practice in Lubbock, Texas, since 1997, and performs both cosmetic and reconstructive plastic surgical procedures.
